Scarey moments

For the past few days I have been having TERRIBLE chest pains. We have been monitoring my heart and it has been doing all sorts of crazy things. We have just been keeping an eye on it.

Last night, as we were driving home from a very fun family thing, the pain in my chest got so bad that I curled over and cried. I couldn't sit up or anything. Steve decided it was time to take me to the hospital. I have never been more scared in my life.

Having no clue what was going on was so scary. I laid on the bed hooked up to all sorts of machines and Syndee was worried about me. Seeing how scared she was didn't help. I was in tears for most of the night. I didn't know what was going on or how long we were going to be there.

The doctor, after running quite a few test, came in and told me what he thought was wrong. Luckily it was not my heart. Or at least thats what he thinks. So he wrote me a prescription. Was I allowed to leave? Not yet. I still was not feeling well so they had to hook me up to an IV.  I wasn't allowed to leave until I had all the fluids in me. I finally was able to leave about 2 in the morning.

I don't remember all the details last night. I am not sure if it was the fear or just that I was so sick I couldn't concentrate but the details are foggy. I remember 2 things. One is that I prayed so hard. I couldn't stop myself from crying but I kept praying. I prayed from the moment the pain started until I left because I was so terrified. I also remember my amazing husband.

He sat by my side the whole time. I know he was scared but he held my hand and was being strong for me. He knew that I needed it and was there to show me things would be ok, even though he wasn't sure either at times. there were a few times I glanced at him and he looked scared of the uncertainties that could happen. I love that man more than anything. I am so glad I have him in my life! I love him and my daughter more than they know!

Loving my family!

Lately we have discovered the wonderfulness of playing with the webcam! My little girl is so much fun!

She wanted to take a picture with her baby!
She figured out how to take pics!

Being a mother...

Those mothers out there know its a pretty tough job. You never know what you are going to have to do next for that child of yours. Staying up late to take care of them, changing their poppy diapers, and so much more. A mothers job never ends! As I learned today, being a mother doesn't mean its always a safe job.

We all went outside to play. Our front yard is huge and so we have no choice but to play out front. Its all fine and good. We always have so much fun. As Steve and I stood on one side of the yard talking, little missy came walking over. I looked down and she was pointing to her mouth. She had such a look of disgust on her face. I was wondering what was going on but being a mother I stuck my finger in her mouth to get out whatever was in there causing her to act like that. Little did I know it was more than I planned. As I was bent over doing this she picks up her foot and says "ca-ca". Yep she had poop on her foot....meaning the thing I just took out of her mouth with my finger was poop. Needless to say I ran inside VERY quickly! I needed to wash my hands and what not. Steve brought her in and we washed her up.

It was one of the most disgusting things I have EVER done. I will never just do that again. I will try to figure out what it is before I just help her out. That was so disgusting. I love my daughter so much but I will be more careful about what I help her with! (We did brush her teeth. For about 5 minutes actually :))

Makin' it up?

The other day we were working on the house and I needed to entertain Syndee. So what was my plan of action? It was, of course, letting her play with some make-up that I no longer use. To say that it turned out to be a crazy adventure is an understatement. She looks as though she ran into another table. She LOVES make up! She is such a girly-girl. She loved playing in the make up and this is how she looked once she was done!

This is the make-up job she did herself

She is such a cute kid!

I showed this picture to my mom and she asked how she got a black eye! haha

She didn't want me to take pictures. She kept looking in the mirror.

This one looks like a bruise but really it isn't. she is such a funny kid!
